Rules
Guidelines for everyone

1. You must be a fan of Puma. This is only obvious. If you're not a fan, simply don't join.

2. You must provide a (valid) email address. A valid email address means that you have to give me a working email address. If you submit an invalid email address, you won't be added. Also include your emailprovider.

3. You do not have to have a website to join. However, if you do you must add a code to this fanlisting. If you do not have added a code to your site, your site won't be listed.
codes must be saved to your own server.

4. Do not apply with a website with pornography, racism, hateful comments towards Puma or any other inappropriate content.

5. You must provide your real name. I won't accept applications with nicknames. If you do like to use your nickname, don't add any special characters such as $*^+~. Don't take names such as "Puma", "Miss Washington" or any other name related to Puma. Inappropriate names will be resetted to "Anonymous".

6. There are a few extra fields which are just for fun. You don't have to answer these. However, if you do decide to fill out the "Favourite Track" field, fill in your favourite Puma song or song featuring her (sush as Mis-Teeq songs). Only one please, or put "All". If you choose more than one, the first one will be listed.
